I am in Doha , my wife in Bangladesh .I want to divorce her. What is the legal procedures?

You can send a notice of divorce to your wife and the concerned chairman.

For divorce your wife, you have to notice to her and the concerned chairman (Mayor). After sending the notice you have to wait for 90 days.

You may divorce her staying in Doha through an appointed attorney. Your attorney will on your behalf send your wife notice and complete the rest procedure. It will take about 100 days to complete the total procedure. So all you need to do to appoint an attorney in Bangaldesh
