check bounce

actully i save my mony in samruthi saving and investment .but problem is that now this sanstha closed . they give me check but it is bounce then what kind of action we have done & what happen after that on employee?

Since the sanstha is closed you have rightly taken a cheque from them. It will operate as security. you present the cheque before the bank for encashment. if bank refuse to encash it you may take recourse to law.

You may initiate proceedings u/s 138 of the NI Act.

start proceedings under Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act with the help of a lawyer of your place. No use in asking for solutions in this forum.
