Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Bangladesh

I'm a Bangladeshi, I took admission in L.L.B course for January 2010 session to London Commonwealth College of Law & Business Studies, UK. After suspension of college from UKBA list I could not submit my visa application to UK Embassy. Many times we sent refund request letter to the college but not yet college give me any amount even reply regarding refund confirmation.
