Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Dear lawyer,..I m christian woman ,33 yrs age. I married an christian catholic guy who was married in church but divorced under canadian law 3 yrs ago in cCanada. we got married on july 2008 by court and later registration done under christian marrige act in Bangladesh. Now later on july 2009 we mutually seperated and did a notarized affidavit of dissolution of marrige .
Now my question is..Is this a final divorce or do i have to go for divorce case in court?
and was my marrige valid?? because his church annulment of first marrige still not done.so technically he is married with 1st lady which is valid in church.
And where i can find this kind of lawyer who knows abt christian marrige law? can u suggest any one?

Through a notarised deed a marriage cannot be terminated. You need to go to court for dissolution.
