Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

i got married with an Australian citizen.he is divorced. he is Muslim. his ex- wife divorced him .the divorce was not registry after 90 day, still now. but that girl is now unwilling to registry that. she provided legal notice by lawyer. divorce activated by city corporation. If my husband now registry the divorce, will it be illegal?

Tell you Husband to register the divorce at once. it will be absolutely legal.
