Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Bangladesh

My name is Abu Bakkar and I write to you for your kind help and assistance. I have
some land that has been forcefully and illegally taken over (possession) by land
grabbers. The local or district government administration are aiding and colluding
with these land grabbers by helping them in any way they can. As part of the survey
and settlement operation being conducted around my village by the government Department of Land Records and
Surveys, survey officials have recorded my land in
the name of others by taking financial rewards (or bribes).
I need to know what is the best way to reclaim me land

You have to file a suit claim your land. Without a suit you can never claim your land.
