Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh

Dear Sir, I bought a land of 0.0872 shotak with a 2 storied building in 1980s and my residence was in Dubai as i was working their and after my retirement i came to my place and saw that my land become 0.0508 i have the old and new mutation papers with me. When i went to ask them about this they ask me where was i at the time of ascessment i told them i was not in this country. Now i want to ask what are the possible chances or what can i legal do to acquire my previous state of land

Your missing land might be encroached by your adjacent landowner. If they do not return that land amicably, you need to go to court to recover that land and also to resist them from taking any development action.
