Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh

Hypothetical Situation: We live in our grandfathers house. Both my grandparents are dead, and neither of them have written down the share of the house to their 3 son, and 1 daughter. 2 of the sons live in the house with their families.

Now my uncle, came from Germany. In a middle of a light argument he got angry and told me, that this house is his parents, and therefore his, and told me to get out of the house. I have nowhere to go.

Does he have the right to shove me out? I have lived in this place for the past 19 years. And what can I do legally?

You have the right to your grandfather's property similar to your uncle. he does not have any right to dispossess you. if you anticipate any such problem, do not waste time go to court and take an order of injunction against him so that he might not dispossess you.
