Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Calif Probate 17200 Petition filed in Kern Co Pro Per. Recently during discovery we found the need to add elder financial abuse, breach of fiduciary to the existing petition and add another respondent who the existing trustee blame for the missing money. Can I file a supplement to the existing petition, serve the new person of interest and all beneficiaries, add the person of interest name to the petition along with the current respondent/trustee?

You cannot add causes of action and new respondents by use of a supplement. You will have to file an amended petition which means you will have to give everyone notice again plus serve the new parties/respondents.
