Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Getting Felonies removed from your record

How do I go about helping my son get 1 or two old felonies removed from his record. He has been trying to get employment and because of the felony he seems to not be able to obtain decent employment. Their over 10 years old. What steps do we take and how much will it cost?

Depends upon the felonies charged, he may be able to get them reduced and expunged. A conviction can't be expunged if he was sentenced to prison, or if it for domestic violence or related charges. Call me to discuss the facts and costs.
