Re: legal-arrest-court

Your son needs a lawyer immediately. He certainly should not plead guilty at this stage without discussing his case in detail with a lawyer. An attorney may be able to get the charges reduced and/or find other ways to protect your son, who will almost surely be worse off if he tries to represent himself.

The absolute worst thing your son can do is go into court without aggressive defense representation. Your son's plea should be based on a complete review of his case and plea bargaining efforts with the prosecution beforehand. Your son needs representation ASAP here. If you would like such aggressive defense representation, contact our Law Firm directly.
