School bus safety

My daughter was molested on a school bus. Do I have to allow the principal to speak to her?

Unsupervised and without law enforcement, I do not think that it is a good idea. Have you made a report to the police? Has your daughter been seen by mental health professionals specializing in this type of event?

You should hire counsel to advise you. You need a hands on lawyer who is immediately available to you. Do not use LawGuru as a substitute for your daughter's welfare. Act with dispatch and choose wisely.
