Re: sexual offender

It's a little late for the best advice: don't do it. Also for the 2nd best: don't talk to the police without your attorney. Now: hire counsel immediately, as you face prison time and registration as a sex offender.

Feel free to contact me for legal help if the case is in SoCal courts.

Re: sexual offender

Explore the defense of entrapment. A retained attorney is ikely to have more time to spend on your case than a court appointed public defender. You will be putting the best face on your case with a retained attorney. Contact me directly.
