My wife and her sister recently lost their father. He had considerable assets. The Step Mother told the girls that their father had a living trust and that he left everything to her. However the Step Mother will not let the girls see the Living trust. Do the girls have a right to see the Trust???

Under the California Probate Code, all heirs of an estate are entitled to a copy. A demand letter should be sent to the Step Mother.
