Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i need him to work

My husband was recently arrested for domestic violence .We are currently seperated but i am a stay at home mother and he still pays for everything truck payments rent credit cards etc.. His court day is coming up and im afraid that if he does jail time i will lose everything and go bankrupt . He has a good job but they will fire him if he does jail time . What can i do ? is there a way he can do domestic violence classes and community service? so he can keep his job ?

Depending on the seriousness of his actions, prior record, and other factors, he may be able to avoid jail time.

Various options like you suggest are possible, depending upon the facts and cooperation of the spouses, but the only way they are going to happen is with an attorney. Feel free to contact me if the case is in SoCal courts and he decides to get counsel.
