Legal Question in Disability Law in California
When did 422pc laws first start to happen? I believe 10 years ago or prior to 9-11-2001 these laws were not generally on the books. I may be under the misstaken impression that prior to this date this law did not exist. Please give me date of inception in Ca. Thank you

"Making terrorist threats" as a felony crime in California is not a product of the post-9/11 terrorism scare. It is a product of the domestic-violence-legislation movement that began in the late 1980s (422PC was enacted in 1988).
