ADA Parking

If a building has no parking, including

no accessible stalls, is there a

discrimination suit? Do they need to

provide alternative means? Is there

any law on this?

You mean, like the federal courthouse? I'm not aware that any building is required to furnish parking. Buildings that do have a parking lot or garage are required to have a certain number of disabled-person parking spaces.
