The honest answer is that no attorney can predict the outcome, nor even give an intelligent opinion, without reviewing and knowing all the charges, evidence, police reports, testimony, priors history, etc.

The only advice that is worth anything is for you to get legal counsel who knows how and what to do to best represent you, using whatever credible facts and evidence you may have for motions and defenses at trial, if necessary. The attorney's job is to get a good 'deal' you can live with, or prepare for trial. If serious about hiring counsel to help you in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
