If I have a disability which is sensitive to noise and the Catholic Church refuses to turn off their amplified sound system and the city attorney refuses to do anything about it, what can I do?
The Los Angeles City Attorney told the LAPD Noise enforcement team not to enforce the noise law. Really!

This would be a good question for The Match Game. "The Catholic Church refuses to stop (blank)." If the church is violating the L.A. City noise ordinance, as measured by your expert witness sound engineer using a decibel meter, you could take them to court for creating a nuisance.
