Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I was out on disability for 5 weeks. When I returned, I was written up for excessive absence and a myriad of other things. Do I have a discrimination case?

Possibly. Did you have any issues with absenteeism or any other disciplinary actions before you went out on disability? If not, you may have both a discrimination case and/or a retaliation case.
