disabled employee discrimination

i am 65% disabled and was push out of my position and job givin to a unqulified replacement. then was forced to work in field operations for a union company that was part of a corp. take over. i then had to work hard labor postion that cause more damage to myself. was not paid correctly on public works projects. with no benifits. not paided over time. then when i was forced to find another job due to the pain which i am still in. the new management refused to pay the 2 weeks vacation pay that i had rightfully earned. and went against company policies by refusing to sign vacation comp. check. threatend employees for normal company procidure. threated my supervisor and myself. stated that if i talked about this situation there would be problems i did not want to know about. now i am in fear. about to loss my home. i have had the power to my home disconnected, can not even affored to keep food on the table and my animals my live-in girlfriend and i are all starving. i have always givin 110% of my effort to this company and feel this was direct discrimination

IF this claimed discrimination occurred within the last year, that is, at the absolute minimum, if you last worked there less than a year ago, then you should promptly file a claim of discrimination with the Dept of Fair Employment and Housing or the EEOC. If you've waited longer than a year, your claims are time barred.

At the time you had the right to pursue union grievance on all the on job and pay issues; when under union contract, that is your only remedy for everything other than discrimination.
