Employment termination

I am on LTD and recieve benefits from my employer group disability.I recieved a letter of termination which cancel my medical coverage and been offered Cobra for me and my family.Can they terminate my employment and benefits while I am on disability.

I don't know what their basis are as you haven't mentioned, but barring an improvement in your condition, verified by medical evidence, they can't do it. You have a case and may contact me for consultation if you'd like.

Probably not. At least not until you were released from disability and returned to work. That is what those premiums were paid for. If serious about pursuing your rights, feel free to contact me.
