"Form"?? If escrow won't release an earned commission that all parties have signed off on in the escrow instructions, you'll probably have to file a lawsuit and get a court order or judgment. I find it hard to believe escrow is withholding without a reason for it. Sounds like you don't have all parties in agreement to the payment.
