Legal Question in Disability Law in California

hello

i have a hotel in socal and i am being sued over ada complaince and i have fixed every issue in the complaint my question is do i still need to pay them to settle because i do have an attorney but i feel he is not on my side and also this same person suing me is suing 2 other business in town and same lawyer from eureka

Then get a new attorney, or at least consult for a 2nd opinion on how you should be handling this. If serious about doing so, if the case is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me. I've been doing these cases for over 20 years. There are many plaintiffs just looking for a technical violation to sue over and make some money. Many have multiple suits going at the same time, and as long as they have valid grounds and get settlements or verdicts, they are not 'vexatious' and can't be stopped. The laws are 'technical' and easily violated if you are not careful about compliance.
