Legal Question in Disability Law in California

my mother passed away and had a trust account set up for me.my stepfather will not give me a copy.is it public record and how do i get a copy?

Such things are not 'public' records. If you mean trust account in a bank, then contact the bank and start there. If you mean a trust was established with you as beneficiary, then the Trustee is supposed to provide you copies. If you can't resolve it yourself, then you may need to hire an attorney to help you.
