Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Parking

I have a disability placard due to a back injury. Parking enforcment has told me I have to move my car every 3 days even if I display my placard or I will be cited and possibly towed. Some days I dont go out of the house because my back hurts. Can they give me a citation and tow me even if I have a placard ?

Re: Parking

Write the parking enforcement agency a letter certified mail RRR saying you are disabled, you are unable to move your car, and you are requesting exemption from the 3-day rule as a Disability Accommodation under the Americans With Disabilities Act. I would be happy to write the letter on my letterhead for a reasonable fee.
