Public defender refused ada asst.

why was i denied my rights for assistance from ada from the public defenders and the local court judicial system.

Probably because an ADA claim is not a public defender matter. You need to either file an administrative claim with the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or the State of California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. It would also be prudent to find a private attorney who will analyze your case and advise you whether you have a claim.
