Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Returning to work from Maternity (disability) leave

What are the employer obligations under law when I return to work with regards to hours and days. Am I entitled to my same shift and hours? or can they offer a different shift and/or less hours? I have been out on disability for 6 weeks due to having a baby. It is a small company with only 3 full time employees and 2 parttime.
