Legal Question in Disability Law in California

my son has autism,but my home went on foreclosure and the bank want evict us.His school is within walking distance and will be graduating at the end of june all I want is for him to finish this year

If only you had a lawyer stop the foreclosure beforehand. I have delayed foreclosures for years. But it's nearly impossible to do after the fact.
