Time limitations to file an ADA claim

Are there any time limitations to my ability to file charges of discrimination?

Time limitations to file an ADA claim - REPLY

If you are planning to file any charges, you must do so within 180 days of the date of discrimination, unless there is a state or local law that gives you the right to sue for discrimination and which allows you a longer period to bring a lawsuit.
