Legal Question in Disability Law in California

unlawful termination

i receive social security disability

for a mental condition- and in the

absence of a reason from my employer-

i believe this is why i was terminated-

even after 10 months of satisfactory

job performance- in addition to me never

having put this in writing. could this

be an unlawful termination?
