Depends upon how long the facility has been in operation to determine if it is grandfathered in on non-compliance, and upon what the UBC requires of that sized lot and operation. It is possible that a handicap space is required. If serious about pursuing this to determine if access is to be provided you, and if the company is subject to legal action for denial, feel free to contact me.
