appeals judgment on out of home placement of grndchild 14 yrs

how do i file an appeal to judgment of out of home plcement childs public defender did not provide info to the courts to show prob office has not provided in home support to family i live on fixed income ssd so i can not pay for attoney my grandchild and our family needs help

As grandparents you probably were not parties to the case in the Superior Court, in which case you likely would not be able to appeal the judgment. Both the child's guardian ad litem and the parents can appeal the judgment, and they are all eligible to have attorneys appointed for them at public expense if they can't afford private counsel.
