do you know attorney who handles locally rulw 2-200

current probate case ending 4-2103. Former attorney engaged

in fee splitting, deceptive practices, failure to effectuate settlement. He faild to turn over biliings, or client records.

Your question is very difficult to understand. Probate cases are stricly regulated between the probate code and the courts. Are you a beneficiary or the executor(trix)? Has this been brought to the court's attention? Is this your own lawyer? Be careful about having a final accounting or other closing papers confirmed by the court - it may have an effect later if you try to assert something about the lawyer to the contrary. COntact a lawyer soon about what you think is malpractice.
