Checking can be done through the Secretary of State and the local agencies to see if the company filed any ownership statements or ficticious business statements as required. An attorney can help in this process. Collection is frequently done on a percentatge basis, but is open to negotiation. Feel free to contact me if interested in getting such help.

You can check with public records for example fictitious business names. Some counties allow you to check on line. You may also check with the Secretary of State. We can help you collect the judgment if you need additional assistance.
