Normally you receive notice of how much time you have to seek review. Unfortunately you have not provided enough facts for anyone to advise you on the time to file for review. Reconsideration motion may not extend the time to seek review. What kind of agency? What is nature of complaint?

Mr. Coff's response is accurate. Every agency may have its own deadline unless it adopts the Administrative Procedures Act, and the agency is generally required to advise you of its particular deadlines.
