Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

i have a non-vested penion and a house with 100.000 in equalty, I got a penion that is not yet vested, while the x-wife gets the home with 100.000 in equalty. the pension only has 8,400.00. I produced a copy of my pension plan, and my x's attorney produced a copy from an acuairy which stated that if you could buy my plan on the market, my x's portion would be worth 80,000, The acuairy did not come to court to testify as and expert witness to this amount there was also no Qulified Demestic Relations Order (QADRO) ever submitted or even odered.//1.What case law should I use to address this situation including points and authories at the appellant level, plues the proper laungage. thank you

This is much too complex of a question for anyone of us to answer in this limited space. You need to hire an attorney who handles divorce cases and appeals; ther probably are not that many around who do both. Contact some appellate attorneys fro possible referrals.
