Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

I have recently withdrawn from my university for a huge lack of communication and cordination. When I requested for my transcripts I was denied for a balance that I was never notifed of. Apparenlty it is from 3 semsters ago when I had returened to school after having a baby and dropped 2 courses.

What can I do to not pay the balance or can I sue the campus?

Based on the facts here it is impossible to provide an answer. Schools have written policies on monies owed on dropped courses that would be challenged under contract law.... You have to have a cause of action to sue...contact an attorney and look at the specifics.
