Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

Record question

First of all, I want to thank the two

attorney's that answered my

question yesterday...Thank you so

much, God bless you. I have another

qquestion regardin the borrowing of

the record. I know that If I ask to

borrow a record, I have to pay for the

shipping of it to and from my house.

How is the payment done?. Do I send

the attorney an envelope with

stamps?, do I send him a check or to

I ask him to bill me for the amount

to send it to me. I'm orry if I sound

silly, but I want to do everything

right and I don't want something like

this to afffect me. Thank you

Re: Record question

Sorry, but LawGuru is here to answer general questions about the law, not to offer specific legal advice. It certainly isn't here to give step-by-step directions. If you want that kind of guidance, you need to hire someone instead of seeking it on a free website.
