Subpoenas

I filed a case with the labor board and I had some records subpoenas from that company , they were properly served , the company disregarded the subpoenas and at the labor board hearring , I could not finish my cases , ANd I beleave , this is why the company did not comply with the subpoenas orders , what can I do about them not honoring the subpoenas, please call me if you can 559-353-0687 . thank you.

You do not state whether the hearings were submitted or another one set for you to present the rest of your case. If closed, there probably is nothing you can do. If stil open, ask the heraing officer to strike their argument as to the position you were subpoenaingthe records for--if they will not provide the records by subpoena then thye should not have the advantage of introducing evidence that you can not adequately challenge, cross-examine on. This argument often gets no where, but try to point his own department has to pay for this extra work and your opponent just refuses to play by the rules of the and should be fined]
