warrentless seizure

humane society seized my pet without a warrant from my vets office.2 days later they had a hearing badge 100seized her badge 101 upheld the seizure and she went to live with the director of the humane society. I hsve had this dog for 5 years since she was 4 weeks old.How do I get her back

What was the reason for the seizure? I would contact the director and get a written reason for their actions. This could not have come out of nowhere - did your vet report something to them which caused this? Why was the pet at the vet in the first place? Something does not make sense, and a workable answer needs more facts.
