Legal Question in Banking Law in California
my boyfriend has expired,he gave me a key to his safe deposit box years ago,and stated he wanted me to have all contents.the bank would only let me watch them do through the box,but would not give me the contents.what are my options.

If your boyfriend didn't have a will stating you get the contents of the box, you have no options. The contents of the box belong to his next of kin through intestate (without a will) succession. As an unmarried couple, you are not his next of kin.
