Legal Question in Banking Law in California

Credit Union

I left a C.U. that I worked for over a year. When I left my CEO was very angry w/ me/

Out of spite she left my accounts as ''employee'' accounts clearly I am no loner an employee.

I feel that she is discriminating against me. I have spoken with other past an employees and I am the only that she is doing it to.

I sent her a letter asking if I could see the policy that states that she is allowed to code my account as an employee of if I can see the disclosure that I signed. She is violating my privacy act and monitoring my acct when she has no right to.

Is there anything that I can do.

I have so many other details and incidents but not enough room.

Re: Credit Union

I am not sure that I understand the point of your question. You haven't identified any harm that you have suffered as a result of how your account has been coded. You've also claimed that this person is violating your privacy and monitoring your account, but you have not specified the basis for these allegations. You always have the option of closing your account to another bank or credit union to protect your privacy.
