Legal Question in Banking Law in California

Fradulent Activity

The question is about Wells Fargo Bank is the following; an impersonator walked into the Miracle Mile Branch and pretended to be account holder. He fraudulently withdrew $1995.00, against our account; We dont understand how the teller allowed this to happen. While we were trying to settle matters with WFB they were still paying items, which they should not have continued to do because supposedly the account was frozen. During this time we tried to open a checking/savings account at another bank, they refused us; they explained that they did not take people who had records on Check Systems.

Wells Fargo put us in Check Systems, we disagree with this because we did not cause this, Wells Fargo and one of its tellers let this happen and therefore we should be deleted from CHECKSYSTEMS all together.

We have asked Wells Fargo to play the video surveillance tape for that tape and they refuse to. Please advise.
