Legal Question in Banking Law in California
can a hospital creditor withdraw all funds from bank account w/o order or notice on doing so friends husband died 11 mo. ago and today 4000.00 was withdrawn by hospitals billing . took every cent w/ o knowing . Do they need a court order and can she report fraud by no autherizing this transaction too pay?

You don't have all the facts. There is no way a bank would release that money the way you describe. You are misinformed or missing something.
