unathorized withdraw of funds by car rental comp.
rented car, gave visa bank card # for $300 deposit. returned car 2 months later after hours as advisised by rental co., bill was $2500.00. two days prior to returning car I changed bank card # & adviced bank not to allow withdrawl from said rental co. bank assured me it would not. day after I returned car rental co. requested funds availability from bank for $30.00 then withdrew $2500. bank allowed it. overdrawing my account by $2200. now what?

Next time use priceline so's you don't overpay for rental cars. And be sure and pay back the $2200 you owe the bank.
