What happens now

Back in January of 1991 I file for Chapter 7. By January of next year it will be 10 years, what will happen then , will I ow?. Do I need to file anything

You do not need to do anything else. In fact, you should have receive a "Notice/Order of Discharge" within a couple of months of when your case was filed assuming it was a straight forward "No Asset" type of case.

The timeline of events is generally as follows:

The case is filed. A meeting with the Trustee takes place in about 40 days. Parties-in-interest may object to Debtor's claims of exemptions within 30 days after the "conclusion" of the meeting with the Trustee. Creditors have 60 days from the initial meeting with the Trustee to file certain actions objecting to the dischargeability of a debt or debts. Assuming nothing happens in the case, other than the meeting with the Trustee, the Debtor usually receives his/her discharge within 75 days following the meeting with the Trustee.
