Bankruptcy and my car?

I have outstanding credit card debt that I am unable to pay. If I file for bankruptcy can I keep my car?

If you can maintain payments on the car and your lawyer will certify that it won't cause a hardship to do so, probably. If you don't have a lawyer and do a BK yourself, you will have to appear before a judge and defend your reasons for signing a reaffirmation agreement and show that there won't be a hardship.
