Bankruptcy
I would like to file chapter 7 for my personal accounts, but I would also like to include a business credit card that I had when I had my own business. This business is now closed. I would also like to know if I can start a new home base business while filing bankruptcy. Please help.

If your business was not incorporated or in any formal structure, you can include the credit card.
You can start a home-based business while in BK -- after all, you're entitled to live! However, you will not be permitted to incur debt during the BK. Good luck!
