Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
the company I worked was filed chepter 11 bankruptcy. Can I get paycheck on time or should I look another job?

If you're not paid, you'll be able to file a Claim in the BK court. Common sense would seem to dictate you look for other work if this company is facing closure or not paying its employees.
